New affectation

It started with a grocery list, on one of those long notepads made for the purpose. I set out to secure some food and sundry items from two stores, so I folded the long sheet in half and wrote my notes accordingly: one side this store; this side the other. But I enjoyed the limited width so much that I’ve been forcing the structure on all of my notes, regardless. No when I break out a fresh sheet, I tear it  from its binding and fold it in half vertically. Then I start my writing. I own that it’s a bit of a curiosity, but I like it and plan to stick with it until it proves too tedious. Or I forget.
